Week 7 Recap

I am loving this song!!
My workout last week was not so good!
Tuesday: Cross-training
Thursday: 2 miles
And that was it-thankfully i think the rest did my leg lots of good!!
Already doing better this week....so far:
Monday}40 Minutes cross-train w/weights
Tuesday } 60 minute cross-train w/weights & 3 Mile Run
37 days until race! WHAT?!

A little bit of a rough week for me.  I'm still a little injured & hobbling.  But at least I got my 7 miles in.  8 miles is the big run this next week! Woohoo!

Saturday } Ran 6 Miles!! (so much fun to run it with Paul, Jess, Erik, & Micah)  I am amazed at what my body could do when I pushed it to.  Did it in a pace of 10:20 min./miles.  Hobbled around for the last couple of days.  But will be back at it tonight.

Today Erik & I registered for the race so I guess it is official-we are doing it!!
Don't forget just 5 more days before the price increases $5.
