My workout last week was not so good!
Tuesday: Cross-training
Thursday: 2 miles
And that was it-thankfully i think the rest did my leg lots of good!!
Already doing better this week....so far:

Tuesday } 60 minute cross-train w/weights & 3 Mile Run
