Jodi's Week 5 recap

Sunday } Cross-trained
Monday } REST
Tuesday } Cross-trained (injured my shoulder and neck)
WEdnesday } Ran 2 Miles
Thursday } Ran 3 Miles
Friday } Rest
Saturday } Ran 6 Miles!! (so much fun to run it with Paul, Jess, Erik, & Micah)  I am amazed at what my body could do when I pushed it to.  Did it in a pace of 10:20 min./miles.  Hobbled around for the last couple of days.  But will be back at it tonight.

  1. It was soooooo much fun running with everyone. It made me excited for our big run. Except I ran 3 miles today..... and was beat.. So strange how I have good and bad days.
