Jess's Weekly Recap


Jess's Weekly Recap:

Monday- Worked in Arizona 8AM - 8:00 PM then off to dinner, no time for workouts
Tuesday - Got up at 3:30 AM to fly home and then worked until 6:00 PM = exhaustion, no workout
Wednesday - Worked from 7:30 AM until 7:00 PM = another exhausting day, no workout
Thursday - ran 3 miles
Friday - no workout
Saturday - ran 5 miles

I need to work more on my workouts and less on my real job. Where's the balance? Does anyone else find it hard to work in the runs in your daily schedule?

  1. Good job sis!! I didn't even know you were in AZ. You are super busy and you are still doing it! How was the 5 miles. i have that coming up this Saturday. I'm a little nervous, since 4 was hard for me.
